I think of blind people and feel happy that I have eyes to see the world. I think of people who don’t have legs, and feel grateful that I have legs to walk.
I think of worst conditions I can end up with, and feel grateful that I’m not facing those worst conditions right this very minute.
When you visualize bigger set of problems, your personal problems don’t weigh much.
So when something doesn’t go the way you want it to, visualize some worst case scenario and feel grateful that none of it has happened, instead of emotionally ditching yourself into it.
