Today I didn’t particularly feel like walking. Weather was gloomy. It was about my breakfast time. I was yet to stretch, meditate and write a blog post (which I’ve been doing from April 1st).
Even if the situation was not ideal, I thought of taking a walk anyway. And I’m glad that I did.
I’m still so fresh and full of energy. I usually wouldn’t feel so good in the evening. But it’s because of that walking + exercise, that makes me feel energetic.
Taking a walk in the morning only takes around 30 minutes at most, but it helps you feel better the whole day. So why not take a walk everyday in the morning
